穆巴達拉和俄羅斯將合資開發(fā)西伯利亞油田
中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)TABNinfo.com網(wǎng)站5月25日俄羅斯圣彼得堡報道，總部設(shè)在阿布扎比的阿聯(lián)酋領(lǐng)先油氣勘探和生產(chǎn)公司穆巴達拉石油公司和俄羅斯直接投資基金（RDIF）日前組建了一個合資企業(yè)俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司石油分公司（Gazprom Neft）來共同開發(fā)位于俄羅斯西伯利亞托木斯克地區(qū)和鄂木斯克地區(qū)的幾個油田。
穆巴達拉石油公司和俄羅斯RDIF將獲得這些油田的運營商Gazpromneft-沃斯托克公司的49%股權(quán)。穆本達拉石油公司將擁有44%的股權(quán)，而俄羅斯RDIF將持有剩余的5%股權(quán)。
相應的協(xié)議是在5月24日在圣彼得堡國際經(jīng)濟論壇上宣布的。
這些油田擁有大約4000萬噸（大約3億桶）的探明和概算油氣儲量。2017年石油產(chǎn)量為160萬噸（大約33000桶/天）。所產(chǎn)石油被銷往俄羅斯國內(nèi)和國際市場，石油主要通過東西伯利亞-太平洋石油管道輸送。
這個項目是阿聯(lián)酋穆巴達拉石油公司在俄羅斯石油和天然氣領(lǐng)域的首個投資項目。

Mubadala, Russia fund to develop Siberian oil fields
Mubadala Petroleum, the UAE-based leading oil and gas exploration and production company, and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) have formed a joint venture Gazprom Neft to develop several oil fields in the Tomsk and Omsk regions of Siberia.
RDIF and Mubadala Petroleum will acquire a 49 per cent equity stake in Gazpromneft-Vostok, the operator of the fields. Mubadala Petroleum will hold a 44 per cent interest and RDIF will hold the remaining 5 per cent interest. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory and internal approvals.
The corresponding agreement was announced today (May 24) at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Proved and probable reserves of hydrocarbons in the fields are about 40 million tons (approx. 300 million barrels). Oil production was 1.6 million tons in 2017 (approx. 33,000 barrels per day). The produced oil is sold into Russian domestic and international markets, and transported primarily through the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil pipeline.
This project is Mubadala Petroleum’s first investment in the Russian oil and gas sector.
