英國(guó)趕在沙特阿美IPO前批準(zhǔn)上市新規(guī)
中國(guó)石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)道瓊斯6月8日消息，英國(guó)金融行為監(jiān)管局(FCA)已最終敲定針對(duì)國(guó)有企業(yè)在倫敦證券交易所上市的新規(guī)，因?yàn)楦鞔髧?guó)際證券交易所爭(zhēng)相邀請(qǐng)沙特阿拉伯國(guó)家石油公司(沙特阿美)上市。
2017年7月FCA提議為主權(quán)政府控股企業(yè)設(shè)立一個(gè)新的優(yōu)質(zhì)上市門(mén)類(lèi)，可讓這些企業(yè)免于受到某些要求的限制，包括與作為企業(yè)所有人的主權(quán)政府進(jìn)行交易之前首先得到獨(dú)立股東批準(zhǔn)的要求。
FCA周五表示，在進(jìn)行了咨詢程序之后，將推進(jìn)這一新的上市門(mén)類(lèi)。新門(mén)類(lèi)將從7月1日起生效。

U.K. Financial Regulator Approves Listing Change Ahead of Aramco Float
The U.K.'s Financial Conduct Authority has finalized its proposed new rules for state-owned companies seeking to list on the London Stock Exchange, as international exchanges look to entice the listing of oil giant Saudi Arabian Oil Co.
In July 2017, the FCA proposed a new premium listing category for sovereign-owned companies that would exempt them from certain requirements, including prior independent shareholder approval for transactions with the sovereign owner.
On Friday, the FCA said it will press ahead with the listing category following a consultation process. The new category will be effective from July 1.
